Must include airfare and hotel – first/business class flights and luxury 4-5 star hotels are appreciated. Our time together will be confirmed once I receive your deposit and accommodations have been booked.

For FMTY dates I request travelling expenses to be paid upfront in full (First class airfare, hotel reservation, Uber) Along with 50% deposit for the booking.
The deposit is non-refundable, but you can use it for the future date within 7 days.
CANCELLATIONS
Meeting Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed meeting, please provide as much notice as possible.
– For cancellations 20 days or more before the scheduled date, there is no penalty.
– Cancellations made less than 20 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total meeting price.
– Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled meeting time will result in a non-refundable 100% cancellation charge.
However, you are able to reschedule the meeting one time at no additional cost, as long as it is done within the same tour window.
I want to be flexible to accommodate any changes while also being fair about costs I cannot recover. Please confirm you understand and agree to these policies so we can schedule our meeting. Let me know if you need any clarification.
If you understand and agree, I will go ahead and put our meeting on the calendar.
- FMTY- If cancellation occurred with in a week before the booking the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking.
